Upon arriving, my girlfriend and I were exhausted from a disappointing experience at a previous hotel. However, we were greeted by a very welcoming receptionist named Bryan who made us feel right at home. We were delighted by his kindness and helpfulness. The room was not only spotless and smelled beautiful, but it was also much more spacious than we had expected based on our booking. The location was ideal and the breakfast was both unique and delicious. If you're planning a trip to Florence, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Also my we went to Florence for my birthday and on my birthday Bryan offered me a complimentary glass of wine, which made me feel very good. Fantastic in every aspect!!

5 Star treatment . The staff were very attentive and helpful. High standard interacting with guests as they make you feel very welcome and special . Excellent service . Generous bathroom accessories . The breakfast choice was healthy and wide enough. We travelled with our 20month old grandson and the hotel even went a purchased special oatmeal for him to eat at breakfast. The FREE 'Afternoon Tea' provided is also a bonus after a full day of activities. Great restaurant recommendation within 8 minutes walk from Hotel . Great location around 15minutes easy walk from main attractions. Once again the staff were superb . We felt as if we were in an exclusive Boutique Hotel. This is where we shall continue to stay whenever we visit Florence. BRAVO team Rapollo & thank you !!

The hotel was located 10 minutes walk from the train station and very easy to walk to the major attractions within 15 minutes tops. The property is beautiful, charming and very clean. The staff was so helpful, professional and personable. I was always addressed by name and always offered something to make my stay even better. We opted for a terrace room and I was shocked at how spacious it was. The tub was perfect after a long day of sightseeing by foot. The breakfast was just perfect to start the day and the fresh squeezed OJ was great. We didn’t make the tea time but it looked great. The room was perfect. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had two mini bottles of champagne & a card welcoming us when we arrived, which was a very nice touch. Oh! How could I forget about the most comfortable robes! Overall, I loved the hotel and if I am ever back in Firenze, I will definitely stay at Hotel Rapallo.

The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It’s impeccably clean, with sheets and towels replaced daily. While the bed could have been more comfortable, the overall experience was positive. Breakfast was decent, though the selection remained the same throughout our stay. The staff was helpful and polite, which made a big difference. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Rapallo.

The hotel was really lovely, and the bathroom, while small, was very well appointed. You had to step down from the tub/shower to the floor, which might be a little tricky for older people. Rubber non-slip mats should be provided. The breakfast was wonderful, and the lobby comfortable --- I would only comment that the location was a little far from the central city. 10 blocks walk from the train station. I like to walk, so this did not really bother me, but sometimes we felt we had to take a taxi back at night.

I loved this property! The rooms were modern and clean and provided a lot more space than most hotels in Italy. The staff were all very friendly. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the city center which we liked because we were able to get away from the noise at night. The breakfast that’s included is a full breakfast which is a nice touch instead of only a croissant. Would highly recommend!

the hotel is very clean, elegant and the staff are so kind and helpful. they always gave the best service. breakfast was very sufficient, there were pancakes, croissants, fresh fruits, egg. breakfast was so important for me because I have a 5 years old child. and they also put a minibox for my daughter including crayons, baby soap and shampoo. the minibox was so sweet and my daughter was very happy when she saw it. also they give free water and tea-coffee time in a specific time during the day.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and very professional. We had dietery requirements and the staff took care of us so well and prepered delightful food and even bought especially for us oat milk. The hotel is located very conveniently to all the Florence attractions and not far away from the station. The room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Thank you very much for a fabulous stay!

Everything!! From the staff who gave the best hospitality spirit I have seen in Europe specially a young gentleman in the reception called Bryan he helped us choosing the best restaurants in Florence as well as the landmarks all within one day and finishing with the taxi he was amazing amazing amazing! , also the room which was very clean and organised it’s simple yet you can still feel the Italian work done in interiors for real such an amazing place worth it !

My favorite hotel during our Italy trip. I highly recommend Hotel Rapallo. The breakfast was fantastic and the free afternoon snacks were always so wonderful to come home to after a long day of walking around Florence. The staff was so helpful too! When we missed our tour (one I booked separately), they quickly helped me out and booked us another one for the following day. No fuss. I should have just asked them to book for me from the start! At no extra fee too! We just paid the tour people directly. The room had everything we needed and it was just such a comfortable stay. I will stay here again.
